Decided on a newly renovated 1bedroom. Leasing office made this entire process seamless! On week of move in had a large package delivered...office staff was happy to take it to office till we could get there. Then helped carry it to apartment...SERVICE!! Love the location! Close to everything! Well lighted at night. Pool! Tanning! Dog park on site...AMAZING!

I have lived in Tiger Village for 2 years and I would recommend it. I have enjoyed having a one bedroom apartment that looks over the courtyard - it is really nice and peaceful. The apartments are a good size for one person. I have always been able to find parking. The office/maintenance staff is very friendly and make themselves available. The pool is free for residents and it is great to lounge at during the summer time. Overall, I enjoyed living at Tiger Village!

This is an ideal location. Good for shopping and other conveniences are close. Laundry with some exercise machines open 24 hrs. Pet friendly. Nice pool. They have different options for accommodations. The rent is comparable to others nearby.

Enjoyed my time at tiger village! Best price I could find for a one bedroom in Columbia AND it includes a dog park, tanning, pool, and a gym on top of that. Safe and convenient part of town. Would recommend to a friend ??

Staff is friendly and great! They get to work right away for any maintenance request! Super pet friendly! The dog park is great and is turf so your pup doesn't get dirty from playing around! Close to many shopping and dining options and everything is gated but the main entrance so super nice you don't Have just random people walking/driving in!

This is a great community to live in. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The onsite laundry and work out area are an added bonus for the residents plus a pool to relax in.
